2). LMH0041 reclocker loop bandwidth is in order of MHz(~1.5MHz at HD) and thus it attenuates the high frequency jitter above 1.5MHz…

For BT656, the 913A/914A are not suit and suggest use "LMH0040 or the CLC021", for a deserializer, look at the "LMH0041 or LMH0031".
