Part Number: LMH6702QML-SP Hello!
I use LMH6702QML (5962F0254602VPA) in my design. I have a requirement that no free pin be floating. Can I connect pins 1, 5, 8 (N / C) to the ground (power supply minus) or to the power supply plus? Regards
Ilya
Hi Frank,
As per your requirements, LMH6702QML-SP (1.7GHz, 3000 V/ µ s) seems to be the best fit. You can see in the tool image below with a Rf = 125 ohms, has a TIA bandwidth of ~500MHz.

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6629 , LMH6628QML-SP , LMH6702QML-SP Hi,
Might TI make a radiation hardened version of the LMH6629 for space applications? If not, is there a RadHard component with similar specs?
Thanks.
