    Hi Amr, We do not have Synthesizers in our portfolio with integrated EEPROM/OTP. However, you could potentially evaluate a clock generator like LMK003318 or Oscillator like LMK61E07 that can output 900 MHz (Square wave - LVPECL, LVDS, CML levels).
