I have not dealt with ADC chip having an option of external clock. I am in a dilemma whether to use the internal clock of adc itself or get a resonator. I heard internal clock are unstable. Do you have some insights on this?

The data sheet doesn't specifically mentions what to do with the unused pins. Can I leave them floating? Unused pins for my design would be 12-15 and 21-27. Or they need to be pulled up using some resistors?
