Part Number: LP339 HI... One of my customer is using LP339DR for their application. They have raised the query related to ESD rating of device, which is not mentioned in device datasheet. I have downloaded document from Reliablity page but it directs…

  • RE: TINA/Spice/LP339: placing quad devices in tina for simulation

Hello JP, Place four separate devices. Simulation only tools like TINA do not have, or care bout, actual pin numbers. The SPICE models are for one device. Double click on the symbol and change the "Label" parameter. Just be sure that each symbol…

Ravi, The resistor prevents damage. The resistor won't prevent a temporary malfunction in the output. It take only a little input current to get an output malfunction. Phase Reversal.pptx

  • RE: Multiple interrupts from multiple comparators?

Hi Brian, Thanks for the suggestion. That could fit the bill nicely. No external parts, simple, etc. That said, I'd be a little concerned about power consumption. I have a feeling I'd need to use a fairly high-frequency clock in order to ensure…

  • RE: Output sink current of LM339-N

Hello Nitish, 47Meg is way too large. 10Meg would be as high as I would go. But the supply current will still dominate. We have many micro and nanopower comparators. The lowest supply current comparator is the TLV3691 at 150nA, and many in the…

Hi Ron, Thanks for the detailed schematic. For my application I really need a higher cutoff voltage for the falling edge, sorry should of given more details. Ideally the cutoff would be in the 20-23V range. I expect that to do this I'd need to decrease…

  • RE: LM120: Need PDN (Part Discontinuation Notice) for obsolete LM120K-5.0 version of base part and also need its replacement or a cross

Hey Dan, LM120K-5.0/883 is indeed obsolete. I've attached the PDN. We don't have an exact P2P replacement so I'd recommend the UA79 series as the closest alternatives. ~ Aaron PDN 200824.pdf
