Part Number: LP38513-ADJ Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools A few weeks ago I modeled a circuit using the TI Webench tools.
The model included the LP38513-ADJ 3A voltage regulator with the following parameters:
Vin = 4.5-5.5VDC
Vout = 1.1VDC
Iout = …
Part Number: LP38513-ADJ Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38502-ADJ , TPS7A85A , TPS7A83A I am looking at using a LP38513-ADJ or a LP38502-ADJ to provide a 4V supply from a 5V source, and I would like to try to use a feed forward capacitor to slow the…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38513-ADJ Hi,all
I am planning to use LP38513-ADJ for conversions from 2.5V rail to 1.9V.The current needed is 2A. In the datasheet the maximum output current is 3A,but when i evaluate this LDO by WEBENCH,the maximum output…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38513-ADJ , LP38503-ADJ Is it possible not to connect the thermal pad of LP38513-ADJ and LP38503-ADJ (D2PAK-5 package) to Ground. This way only pin 3 will be used for electrical connection. Theramal performance will be…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38513-ADJ Dear Sir,
I am planning to use LP38513-adj regulator for 3.3V and 1.2V. Please recommend the appropriate heat sink model for this regulator to place in the PCB.
Thanks,
V. Prakash
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP38513-ADJ , LP38513 Dear Sir,
My customer develope a contact resistance measurement instrument with 4wires configuration. that is to say exicate currrent source and output signal is seperated. LP38513-ADJ is recommende…
Hello Bridget,
The 6th pin of LP38513-ADJ is the ground pad located on the bottom side of the device.
The voltages you are seeing on those pins are not correct however and imply that the input voltage to the device (Pin2) is too low.
Here are what I measured…
Hi Sir,
Can i use LP38513-adj to generate 3.3V and 1.2V? Can i add the 8 x 10 uf capacitor in the output bus (decoupling) using this regulator. please let me know.
Thanks,
V. Prakash
