Part Number: LP5900 Hi team,
Some question about LP5900 from the customer side
Is it 2.5D/3D package chip?
What bonding process does it use? (Gold Line?)
If it is WLCSP package, are they RDL or FOC structure (Direct Bumping)? The process without UBM…
Part Number: LP5900 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP3991 , LP3990 , Team,
Due to shortages we are working on replacing a LP3990 and LP3991 with a LP5900.
In the datasheet we see the following statement about dropout for LP3990:
The LP5900 has a similar…
Part Number: LP5900 Dear Sir:
LP5900TLX-3.3
VIN: 5V
EN: Low
VOUT: 1V
VOUT Absolute Maximum Rating : VIN(max)+0.3 =6+0.3=6.3V
When the voltage of VOUT is 1V. < VOUT(Max) = 6.3V
It doesn’t cause the damage LP5900TLX-3.3(U702)
Is it correct?
Please…
Part Number: LP5900 Hello,
The datasheet for LP5900TLX-3.3/NOPB is currently blank for the device markings. Can you confirm what the identifying markings are for LP5900TLX-3.3/NOPB?

Part Number: LP5900 Line regulation and load regulation are specified as %V and %mA, respectively. I believe these should be written %/V and %/mA to be consistent with the other LP59xx datasheets.
Part Number: LP5900 The datasheet says that at least 1 V dropout voltage is required for achieving good regulation, however the minimum dropout voltage is a lot less. How bad the regulation will be with let's say Vin=Vout + 0.5V? Thanks.
Part Number: LP5900 Hello All,
I am using LDO LP5900SD-1.8/NOPB for 2.5V to 1.8V conversion in my design.
The datasheet provides Enable pin voltage levels based on Vin.
As per my design, Vin= 2.5V Vout=1.8V Enable = 3V3 . Can I provide 3.3V voltage level…
Part Number: LP5900 Hi!
The download of "LP5900_3P0 Unencrypted PSpice Transient Model" - https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snvmaa4 , contains the wrong model.
It should contain the model for the 3.0V regulator, but it contains the model for the 3…
Part Number: LP5900 Hi All,
The Customer is asking about the CDM & MM information of our LP5900SD-3.3/NOPB.
Could you kindly help to check this part?
Thank you for your help.
