Your timing is really great for this. We just released the OPA4323IPWR and I would recommend choosing that over the OPA4322.

Hi Sean,
there's almost never a 100% replacement. But the OPA4322 looks like a good candidate.
Keep in mind, that the TSV994 seems to be a decompensated OPAmp and needs a minimum gain of 4.
