I want to know if there is a possibility to average the DATA DUMP over 5 measurements?
wobbling Data Dumps are not very helpfull.

Yes, you can communicate with up to 8 PGA460's on the same bus. Note that each device will need to have an address programmed to it before all devices are on the bus. See the thread below which has some good detail of how to set the address. …
