I agree with you Arpan, But in the unencrypted list of Spice models, there is no half bridge driver of 500V and above . Could you please provide with a half bridge driver's ( 500V and above) unencrypted model

You can use the feedback section from PMP8740 and add the optocoupler, similarly to the design PMP10110 ( https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP10110) .
