Hello David,
Understood. I would recommend that customers design with a steady-state current of 12A.
David Strasser said: It is difficult to say what the thermals will be with this duty cycle. The board temperature will have to be measured. The lowest…

Part Number: TPS2373 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2897A , , PMP20878 , PMP21103 , PMP21318 Hi Team,
The TPS2373 datasheet shows a flyback controller that controls two FETs. Do you know the part number of a controller that operates like this?
Thanks…
Part Number: PMP20878 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP21318 Dear team,
I am looking for PoE 12Vout/24Vout, and found we have PMP20878 and PMP21318.
We would like to use the same transformer in both two different output design.

May I know is that…
Hi Peter,
No worries. I can attach some links for more information on your ACF design.
1. Most important parts of forward topology are the VCC input diodes, secondary side configuration, and the transformer itself. Two diodes in the VCC input: Secondary…
Part Number: TPS2373 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP21318 Hi team,
My customer would like to follow our ref. design- PMP21318, 12V/6A active clamp forward reference design for their system.
So they are asking for Gerber file for their PCB board built…
Hey Ian,
How long is the peak power for? The TPS23754 can only supply 25W of power - a higher power device is probably required. I would recommend the TPS2373-4 in the PMP21318

Part Number: TPS2373-4EVM-758 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP21318 Hi Team,
Could you share datasheet spec of T2 (750341794) with us?
Customer refer to PMP21318_RevA for 12Vout design with TPS2373-4 PD device.
Thanks.

Ben
HI Michael,
Thank you for explaining again, but I try to copy snubber circuit on the PMP21318 output, but spike still at 2.6V.
This is my current modified circuit.
Thanks.
