Part Number: PMP23391 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Hello TI Team,
I am evaluating the PMP23391 reference design. To accelerate my development, could you please share the following files:
Altium Design Files: Full package (.SchDoc, .PcbDoc…
Part Number: PMP23391 Hi. I was studying the schematic for PMP23391. How did the designer attacked the DCM issue? For example during No-load, you will have negative current since the GaNs can conduct both directions. Are the SR GaNs disable during light…
Part Number: PMP23391 Tool/software: Can TINA, P-Spice, or LT-Spice files for the PMP23391 reference design be provided?
Before I spend time studying this design, what limits the input range to 36V max? Potential for slight increase approaching 40V…
Part Number: PMP23391 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7H5001-SP , TPS7H5020-SEP Tool/software: Hello, 1) I wold like to know how does this CS topology works ? what is the use of D102, D103 and D104 ? 2) there are two other topologies for current sense…
Part Number: PMP23391 Tool/software: Hi,
Could you share the datasheet of CP-D1549-BZ?
I tried to contact the vendor but there is no response.
If it's not available, please share important specifications.
Thanks.
Part Number: PMP23391 Hello,
I am planning to implement a slightly modified version of the PMP23391 reference design based on the TPS7H5005 device.
The original design was configured to operate at a switching frequency ( fsw ) of 500 kHz . However…
Hi Joaquin,
The closest reference design that we currently have is PMP23391 , which is a 22-36V in, 12V out, 300W ZVS Full-Bridge Converter Reference Design. This reference design should act as a good starting point even if it cannot be used as-is with…
Hey Perry,
We do not have a multiple channel version of the TPS7H6101-SEP available. Given you are likely doing a high power converter, I feel the need to point to this design we did: https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP23391
Hopefully it helps.
Thanks,…
Hey Andres,
The UC18XX parts will be the only ones that would possibly have the E/A+ available. Something like the UC1825B-SP you would at least have full radiation data for.
The down side to using something so old is that the single event transients…
Hi Danilo,
As the customer has already found out, our space-grade power ICs are not supported by WEBENCH.
The TPS7H6025-SEP is only a GaN gate-driver, so we will not have efficiency data on that device, and the TPS7H3302-SEP is an LDO, so there is…
