  Part Number: SN54LS26 Hi I want to epoxy the body of this part down to a ceramic substrate. The cure for the epoxy is 1 hour at 180F. Will this damage the part? this is pretty important and hot.

  Renan, You can try the TI M38510 versions of SN54LS26 and LM111. TI does not sell thermostatic switches. I'll transfer ownership of this thread to high reliability group. They understand the M38510 devices better.

  Sara, It appears that this device is obsolete and no longer available. The SMD number provided is linked to the SN54LS26. This is available in the larger W and J packaged devices. We do not have the LS26 in die sales. However, this can possibly…
