    Hi, Please let me ask about abs max voltage for negative voltage. There is no information due to legacy part but I believe that these pins should have ESD protection diode and so it should be around -0.3V. Best Regards, Sonoki

    Hi Hirotaka -san, There are minor differences of SN74ALS541 compared to SN74LS541 device as shown here in the comparison table. The die on both are different and use no grading at production .
