Part Number: SN74AUP1G14 I'm using the SN74AUP1G14DPWR package of the part and would like to know if there are any issues connecting the no connect pin to ground.
Thanks
Part Number: SN74AUP1G14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hi,
Is there a TINA-TI Spice Model for the SN74AUP1G14? It'd be great if there were TINA-TI models for all of the Tiny Logic family, but I'm mostly…
Hi Kevin,
The best I can do for you is probably a NAND gate and an inverter from the same family. The simulation behavior should be pretty similar.
Unfortunately there is no Schmitt-trigger NAND gate, but the inverter does have Schmitt-triggers.

LVC inputs are optimized for high speed. To reduce the shoot-through current, use a slower device like the SN74AHC1G14, or SN74AUP1G14 at lower supply voltages.
To remove the shoot-through current, use a comparator, but then you have a higher quiescent…
Part Number: SN74AUP1G17 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AUP1G14 , , TINA-TI Hi.
I am currently using the SN74AUP1G14 and SN74AUP1G17 Pspice models in TINA sumulations an mentioned in the attached schematic.
When, as shown in the schematic, these logic…
Hi Karan,
Thanks a lot for the fast and comprehensive reply. There are two solutions I would propose to mitigate the risks we have discussed and I'd be very grateful for your thoughts on them:
Instead of using the open-drain variant of this device…
Part Number: SN74AUP1G04 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1GU04 , , SN74AUP1G14 Hello,
We are using this inverter to achieve signal shaping, both the power rail is 3V, could you pls help review this circuit, and let me know if any suggestion.
thank…
Part Number: SN74AHC14 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AUP1G14 , , SN74AUP3G14 , SN74AUC14 Hi, I'm currently working on a discrete board that uses schmitt triggers inverters to oscilliate the electrode signal from a capacitive touch display. My goal…
