Part Number: SN74LVC2G02 Tool/software: HI team,
Sercomm want to use a NOR gate chip as an inverter, requiring a higher data rate and a smaller |tPLH-tPHL|.
We have initially selected the chip model: sn74lvc2g02.
We have the following questions about…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G02-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC07A-EP , Hi Team,
Can we ask for the junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistance value of SN74LVC2G02-EP and SN74LVC07A-EP?
Thanks in advance!
Kind Regards,
Jejomar
Connect the output of the comparator to a reset/set latch. There are integrated multichannel devices like the CD4043B/CD4044B; for a single channel, build a latch from two NAND or NOR gates (SN74LVC2G00, SN74LVC2G02).
Part Number: SN74LVC2G02 Hi, Could you tell me about the specifications of VOH, VOL? What is the variation of VOH and VOL when VCC is 3V? Best regards, Yuto Sakai
Part Number: SN74LVC2G02 Hi,
The 74LVC2G02 part has a recommended supply voltage of 1.65V to 5.5V. Do you have any data for the supply current requirements over this supply range? For example, if the function of the gate did not change but the supply…
RS latches are not commonly used nowadays.
SN74LVC2G02 is a 5 V, dual-channel NOR gate. If you want Schmitt-trigger inputs (which is likely with buttons), use 2× SN74LVC1G98.
Is there a reason why you referenced a military-grade device?
There are current-sense amplifiers with a (latching) alert output like the INA381 or INA300. But you probably do not need their differential inputs, and their minimum amplification might be too high.
Alternatively, build a set/reset latch from two NAND…
I think the easiest way to build this would be to simply combine the comparator with an actual set/reset latch, i.e., CD4043B or CD4044B, or made from two NAND or NOR gates (SN74LVC2G00/SN74LVC2G02).
