I do not believe we have any NAND gate logic input devices in our peripheral driver portfolio. For that functionality, you will need to implement the logic discretely or use multiple dual channel devices such as the SN75471.

One approach might be to use a logic interfaced Darlington Driver device like the SN75471 or make your own Darlington Driver using discrete NPN transistors. A voltage divider on the input of a MOSFET might also work.
