Below are a couple of threads on TAS5630 heat sink mount and thermal compounds. We typically use Ceramique on these EVMs with great results.

we have resolved this question, we use external osc circuit and apply reverse phase difference clock signal to different chip 'OSC+' and OSC-', our products works well.especially in multichannel mode.
