Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5713 We are using the TAS5713 in a new design, and are gearing up for production. The prototype boards worked great except for a problem where on some power up cycles, we were unable to get audio out of the chip. Power…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5713 , TAS5727 I am using the TAS5713 in a PBTL configuration and had requested TI tech support insofar as the proper electrical connections. I received the attached drawing showing the connections. I have the TAS5713EVM…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5713 Hi,
I am planning to use the TAS5713. I would prefer not to buy the evaluation board. The TAS57x GUI is great for configuring the filters, but without the evaluation board I am not able to get the biquad values…
Part Number: TAS5719 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5713 , TAS5733 Hi team,
After tuning the EQ of TAS5719 in my customer system, they would like to write the data into the device in their production. Would like to verfiy the sequence and what register…
Part Number: PCM2706 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5713 , , TAS5754M Hi Steve, I was trying to make an I2S demonstrator using a PCM2706 evaluation module from AliExpress and a TAS5713 soldered to a breakout-board.
The I2S signal generated by the…
Part Number: TAS5715EVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5715 , TAS5713 When we use TAS5715 EVM board to tone, It is found that if the L channel is tuned to treble with BQ3, If you turn R channel into bass with BQ4 After tuning up, the sound of L channel…
Part Number: TAS5751M-TAS5733L-SW Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5733 , PCM2706 , TAS5713 , TAS5751M , TAS5733L On page 1 of the datasheets of both TAS5733 and TAS5751, it is claimed that the devices support 3-wire I2S (no MCLK needed), however there…
Hi Marc,
If you already disabled all of the digital processing(e.g. BQ, DRC...), I think there is no other way to decrease the delay. You are right, the delay can be minimized by using a higher sampling rate. TAS5713 supports up to 48kHz sampling rate…
Hi Diego,
Thanks for your reply.
We measure the SNR at the speaker side(TAS5713 output), the noise seems change a lot between enable and disable the codec, so we think maybe codec is the noise source.
Yes the left channel and right channel are tied together…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5717 , TAS5731 , TAS5713 , TAS5719 , TAS5731M Hi,
We believe that the power on/off sequence which you recommend for TAS5717 and TAS5719 is same with TAS5713 and TAS5731.
Is our understanding correct ?
Best regards,
