For 100mA take a look at TI reference design TIDA-00318 see below link. This a two IC solution but will provide very good performance at low charge and termination currents.

The BQ51050B is designed for higher charge currents, at lower charge currents the regulation accuracy decreases.
A better solution for 160mAh would be BQ51003 and BQ25100, see TIDA-00318. The BQ25100 will support low charge current.
