Part Number: TMP461 The datasheet has no specification for performance over time. Is that because of the topology, e.g. the current sources do not change greatly over time and the ADC is purely a digital function, requiring no onboard reference?
Hello Vinod,
Thank you for providing this information. I'm not seeing the issue with what was provided in this thread. What application is the TMP461 used for? What are the remote temperature sensors measuring?
Best Regards,

Part Number: TMP461 D- is connected to GND internally? why the measured resistance between D- and Pin 6 is not zero, about 1ohm.
so if I connect D+ to D-, it have the same performance with only D+ connected to GND and D- Pin is NC?
Part Number: TMP461 Hello E2E,
Could TMP461 support hot plug function assume bias power of TMP461 is existing?
if yes, any thing we should need to pay attention?
if not, any solution is suitable in this case?
Sincerely,
Jason
Part Number: TMP461-SP I am looking over the displacement damage report for the TMP461-SP (report SBOK034) and have a question on the temp error data shown on page 21 (attached). Per the data in the table, it appears that the Delta is much greater at…
