Part Number: TMUX7308F Hello guys,
One of my customers is considering using TMUX7308F for their new products.
They want to know the device RTM date. Could you please give me the RTM date?
Best regards,
Kazuya.
Part Number: TMUX7308F Hello,
My customer has a question for TMUX7308F.
The datasheet specifies “input leakage current under overvoltage” as 120uA (VS=+-60V, GND=VDD=VSS=0V).
When VS is about 5V, is the leakage current same level?

Part Number: TMUX7308F e2e,
I would like to use the TMUX7308F in my system but need the mechanical drawings for the QFN and TSSOP packages. Please provide those drawings.
Thank you,
Adam
Hello Thomas,
Thanks for the extra info,
So I actually recommended you use the TMUX7308F in your design instead of the CD4051B, It power off protection and overvoltage protection which both mean there is no esd path from the io pins to supply/ground.…
Part Number: TMUX7219-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX7308F Dear TI experts,

Hello Team,
We are using MUX36S08IPW muxer for our 4-20mA Sensor.
We have 2 ICs failed with various condition.
Condition 1:
The resistance across the Pin 8 and GND was showing 1.8k.
Condition…
Hi Michael,
Our 8:1 switches with both powered off protection and 1.8V logic support might be a bit more than what you're looking for. Our offerings that contain both these features in that configuration will be our TMUX7348F and TMUX7308F. Even for…
The MPC508 has a 0.5us enable time, but in the typical performance curve, you can see that the settling time can be much higher, up to 100us, depending on the source/load impedance. This is because the MPC508 has a very large on-resistance, 1500 Ohms.

Hi Clemens,
This is a very swift and accurate response, thank you very much but I have doubt if I can use the one with powered off protection TMUX7308F because it seems to have a really high on resistance. I will use this mux to multiplex canbus. Do…
