I have a question about TPS2115.
With IN1 (8pin) open, 5V was input to IN2 (6pin) and D0 (2pin). I checked the voltage with IN1. What is the cause of this?

If you have the potential for a case where both batteries are discharged to the same voltage this device will not work and you will need to swap to using a power mux such as TPS2116 and many others.
