Part Number: TPS51200 Does the TPS51200 have a minimum current requirement on VO? We are using the REFOUT but have nothing connected to the VO.
Thanks,
George Pietka
Part Number: TPS51200 Hi,
Output voltage is not generating from TPS51200.
The required output Voltage at VO and REFOUT is 0.75V but the generating voltage at REFOUT is 1.34V and at VO is 0.002V.

Part Number: TPS51200 Tool/software: Hello,
My customer is looking for a DDR4 PMIC with output voltage/current monitoring.
Could you please recommend a DDR4 PMIC that satisfies the requirements below?
- VIN = 3.3V
- VOUT : VPP = 2.5V@0.03A / VDDQ …
Part Number: TPS51200 Tool/software: Hi,
We use the TPS51200 for the DDR4 power supplier, and now, we find the EN voltage drop from 3.3V to 1.2V when DDR_VTT Iout current 83mA, so please advise if this is normal?
Our design is Vrefin=Vldoin=1.2V, VDD…
Part Number: TPS51200-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200 Greetings. We have a DDR4 TPS51200 legacy design with ~25uF on REFOUT. The latest datasheets recommend <0.47uF. There are various posts recommending legacy design are okay with a higher…
Part Number: TPS51200TPS51200QDRCRQ1.pdf
According to the QDR IV, VTT is not present; therefore, in the TPS51200QDRCRQ1, according to the data sheet, VOSNS and VO are connected to the VTT signal. If we choose not to use VTT, what can we do?Please clarify…
Part Number: TPS51200 Hi team,
We have a design with VLDOIN= 1.0165V, which is lower than the recommended operating condition of 1.1V, but the max output current is only 0.5A. Could you please comment on if there are any potential risks and the workaround…
Part Number: TPS51200 I plan to use Micron 98DX4580A1-BZI4C000 DDR4 in my design. Will there be any issues supporting VTT at this transfer rate? Thank you.
