Part Number: TPS51200-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200-Q1 , TPS51200
Hello,
On the datasheet of TPS51200-EP, the refout tolerance to refin is +/-15mV @ +/-10mA.
On the datasheet of TPS51200-Q1, the refout tolerance to refin is +/-15mV @ +…
Part Number: TPS51200-EP Hello Guys,
Good day.
We have a customer who are interested on buck converters from TI. However they are interested on SEP (Space Enhanced Plastic) buck converters. Will TPS51200-EP make it to SEP?
Do we have any buck converters…
Part Number: TPS51200-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200 , TPS51206 Hello,
On the datasheet of TPS51200, I have trouble about two table (I'm using DDR3L and DDR4) :
By reading value, it seems that Refout could vary by +/-2% for Vrefin=0.6V…
Part Number: TPS51200-EP Good day. The datasheet for this part lists the VLDOIN Voltage Range in the feature bullet as 1.1 V to 3.5 V.
I'd like to use the part in an application with VLDOIN=0.95V and Vref=0.6V, in which supply current would be <500mA…
Part Number: TPS51200-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200 We are now using " TPS51200MDRCTEP " IC in our design. Will this IC support DDR3L supply voltage of 1.35V?
I am in doubt as the datasheet does not recommend this IC for DDR3L interface…
Part Number: TPS51200 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51206 , , , TPS51216-EP , TPS51216 , , TPS51100
Which parts in the TPS51200 family ( TPS51200, TPS51200-EP, TPS51200-Q1, TPS51200A-Q1, TPS51206, TPS51216, and TPS51216-EP ) are pin-to-pin compatible…
Hi Vanessa,
TPS51200 family are TPS51200, TPS51200-EP, TPS51200-Q and TPS51206.
However, TPS51116 can be used to replace TPS51200 to support DD3 with a different layout.
Best,
Zhao
Part Number: TPS51116 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM5728 , TPS51200 , , TPS51200-EP Whether TPS51116 can be used to replace TPS51200 due to non-availability of TPS51200 for termination of DDR3 on AM5728?
Part Number: TPS51200A-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200-EP , TPS51200 , TPS51200-Q1 Hi team, what is the difference between TPS51200A-Q1 vs. TPS51200-EP? I believe the -EP is the same as the non-A version of the TPS51200A.
Thanks.
Part Number: TPS51200 Team,
Can you help with the below:
How much current should I expect on VLDOIN and VO pins of the TPS51200-EP for via sizing. If I were to use the TPS51200-EP in a DDR3L application with 5 DDR3L chips, roughly what amount of current…
