Part Number: TPS51206 Hi Team,
The data sheet, 8.2.1.2.5 VTTSNS Connection section, says as bellow. "Consider adding a low-pass R-C filter at the VTTSNS pin in case the ESR of the VTT output capacitor(s) is larger than 2 mΩ.The R-C filter time constant…
Part Number: TPS51206 Hi Team,
According to power off sequence on the data sheet, it says that VLDOIN should be ramped down before VDD. However the customer system, VDD(3.3V) ramp down before VLDOIN (1.2V) ramp down. Is it no problem?
Best Regards,
Part Number: TPS51206 Hi Team,
In the customer system, the attached waveforms were observed at power up. Please see it.
VTT turns on with 2-steps, it rises to around 580mV first, then it rises to around 628mV. Is this a problem? If yes, please tell me a…
Part Number: TPS51206 Hi all,
I am investigating the use of the TPS51206 for a DDR4 application at 1.2V logic. Section 7.4.1 of the datasheet lists the power states needed to control the device but I have a few questiosn regarding these two pins:
1.…
Part Number: TPS51206 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS653850A-Q1 , I am powering a DDR with a PMIC with the following part # ( TPS653850A-Q1). I have seen the DDR4 I am using has slew rates for the VDD and VPP supplies, and am wondering if the VTT which…
Part Number: TPS51206 Hi All,
I have a question about the power sequence of the TPS51206. Is it okay to input VLDOIN before VDD? Should I always follow the power supply sequence below?
Also, if VLDOIN is input when VDD is not input, will VTTREF be output…
Part Number: TPS51206 I'm looking to have an active termination on a QPI SPI Flash interface that is 4-bits wide with a clock line and a chip select line. The TPS51206 looks line a cost effective solution for my intended use, even though it's not…
Part Number: TPS51206 Hi team,
Could you please let me know the acceptable ripple level of VDD of TPS51206? My customer worries about the ripple noise effect to VTT or VTTREF. If the VDD doesn't meet the ripple requirement, what can happen?
Regards…
Part Number: TPS51206 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200 , , TPS51200A-Q1 Hi Team
I notice that the DS specifics 10mA of current limit for the VTTREF pin, which is marked as the minimum value.
Do we have the typical and maximum value of this?

Part Number: TPS51206 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200 Hello,
I have 2 questions for TPS51206.
1.
My customer usually uses TPS51206 for DDR circuit. But their new project requires only VTTREF and doesn't need VTT. In that case, do we have any…
