May I ask about TI TPS51216, one of the pins is VTT, If this IC is used to supply power to DDR5, and DDR5 does not use VTT CTRL, can this pin be floating?

Do we have similar solutions with TPS51216 and the soft-start time of VDDQ is adjustable?
The design target of voltage ramp up slew rate (measured from 10% to 90%) is 0.4mV/us ~ 0.8mV/us.

What is the CH1 signal?
I think the output voltage is shutting down at power up because of ringing. Need to add 5.1 Ohms resistor is series with gate drive for slowing down the edges.
