I tried to increase the source impedance to 10mohm and the input inrush current decreases to around 12A.

(1) Even with 10mohm, the input inrush current is still about 10~12A.…
TPS53219 is Not Recommend for New Design (NRND). TPS56221 would be recommended in that case. You could input your requirements in Webench as there may be other solutions as well.
