The TPS53676 uses AVS Bus for high speed communications where the 659 and 622 are SVID, for general usage they are similar enough. If you do not need to test SVID specific functions this board should be ok.

We unfortunately do not have PSpice models for these devices. We only have the SIMPLIS model of their core device TPS53678 (TPS53659 and TPS53622 are spins of the core).
