Part Number: TPS54308EVM-876 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54308 Hi Dear,
The customer connected some resistors to the TPS54308 evaluation board for load testing. During the test, it was found that the chip had no output, and the power supply and…
Part Number: TPS54308EVM-876 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54308 Hi,
During testing the voltage between SW to GND, i found these had ringing at switch-node and cause a spike voltage. i hope to know how to reduce this ringing and spike voltage.
Hi again,
Seemed that the issue was caused by unfiltered feedback.
Placed a 100pF from VOUT to FEEDBACK (across R20 in above schematic) and everything seems to works as expected.
Webench doesn't suggest this, and the TPS54308EVM-876 suggests not to…
Part Number: TPS54302EVM-716 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS54308EVM-876 , TPS54308 , TPS54302 Dear TI Team
On our PCBA's we use the TPS54308 Step-Down Converter for our 5V power supply. The PCBA and the Step-Down Converter itself gets powered by…
Part Number: TPS54308 Hello,
I have problem with the TPS54308 controler.
The problem is that when I touch a Cbot (from 6th pin side) and a Rfb1 the controller stops work.
A PCB layout is similar to that shown in a TPS54308EVM-876 document.
I have attached…
OK, i get your point.I think this is the solder issue.
So you solder down the 54308 to the PCB of 16006 and see the issue in the output ? This may cause this issue.
you can see the waveform of Vin pin to check whether the Vin also have this issue.
Try…
