Part Number: TPS54560B-Q1 I needed 48V as input and 5V 5A as output. We followed the same circuit as the datasheet. The first time it worked alright. The next time the IC just BLEW out.

In the IC there is no dot marking given. Only a line marking is given in the IC which is missing in the datasheet
