TPS56339(SOT236 package) has high side OC protection with P2P and TPS561201. TPS563211 and TPS562211(SOT583 package) both have high side OC protection .

I would take a look at TPS562202, It doesn't have the ability to use softstart or mode selection, but I would expect it to behave similar to TPS562211.
