Hi Steven
We do not have HS OC limit for TPS563201/TPS564201. We have LSOC for these two device which is Iocl listed in the datasheet, if you would like a device having HSOC, TPS563211/3212 is a good choice.
Hope this helps.

Part Number: DAC38RF84 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62085 , TPS563201 , TPS563240 , TPS563211 , TPS62913 Hi,
The power supply scheme in the datasheets suggest the TPS62085 - a 3A step-down with integrated switch (external inductor).
These days there…
Hi,
For the P2P solution , you can check TPS54329, TPS54339E and TPS54229E.
For the other solution , you can use TPS563211 which is released last month , could have better supply and performance.
and you can also check with TPS563212 (will release this…
Hi ,
For P2P , you can refer below table.
For not p2p buck, you can try other 17v 2/3A buck : TPS563211,TPS562211,TPS563201/2/7/8,TPS562201/2/7/8.

Hi Aki,
TPS56339(SOT236 package) has high side OC protection with P2P and TPS561201. TPS563211 and TPS562211(SOT583 package) both have high side OC protection .
BRs,
Edwin.
Hi ,
TPS563219A operate at a quasi-fixed frequency of 650 kHz at all loading condition. For frequency variation , You can refer Fig 7 and Fig 8 on page7 of Datasheet.
And also would like to promote TPS563211 and TPS563212 , the next gen of TPS563219A…
Hi,
If the Vin=5V, TPS54231 is too much over sepc as it's a 28V buck.
Are you oaky with 17V level buck? there are many options here:
TPS563211/TPS562211: 18V 2/3A buck
TPS563201/2 : 17V 3A buck
TPS562201/2: 17V 2A buck
TPS563231: 17V 3A buck
and if…
Hi Denny,
For the min duty support, suggest to consider the worst case Duty=110 ns* Max Freq 510 Khz = 5.6% .
For 18Vin-0.8Vout , 2/3A solution , suggest to choose TPS56339 (24Vin 3A SOT236) or TPS563211 (18Vin,3A, SOT583) ,TPS562211 (18Vin ,2A,SOT583…
Part Number: TPS566235 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS563211 , , TPS568230 Hi team,
It seems that TPS566235 doesn't have the output discharge function, but can the Power good-pin be used for output discharge like TPS563211? The section of "7.3.5…
