Part Number: TPS56637 Hi team,
We have a chance to replace competitor dcdc solution with our TPS56637.
But the customer need us to provide the footprint of TPS56637 with Orcad.
I have tried to generate the footprint by .bxl but I only can get the .olb…
Part Number: TPS56637 Hi Team, Our customer purchased two different lots of MPN: TPS56637RPAR. One has DC of 18+ and one has DC of 20+. The 18+ DC has a part marking of X56637 and the 20+ has a part marking of T56637. Please advise what the X is calling…
Part Number: TPS56637 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS56339 Hello TI team
I cannot find the maximum duty cycle in the datahseet can you please share it ? I am trying to calculate the max Vout for a 9V input. I want to see if a 7.4V output with Imax…
Part Number: TPS56637 hi Sir
i want to use the TPS56637 for a negative ouput
spec
vin:24v/
vout:-5v/5A
Does it suit for negative outpur?
Or any suggestion?
Part Number: TPS56637 Hi Team, Is TPS56637 damaged if we apply 3.3V to EN when VIN is 0V (no supply)? I believe TPS56637 isn't damaged because absolute maximum ratings shows 6V for EN. Is my understanding correct? Best Regards, Yaita
Hi Matthew,
Thanks for your feedback. We have TPS56637 which is 4.5-V to 28-V Input, 6-A Synchronous Buck Converter. You can also reach out to Buck wide-Vin team to check if they have other recommendations if your input range is up to 32V.
Thanks!

Part Number: TPS56637 Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools Hi team,
I received a question about the TPS56637 Webench from my customer.
In Webench's thermal simulations(IC TJ), are the value of Rdson and Tr/Tf in the internal switching MOSFETs used typical…
Part Number: TPS56637 I noticed in the design in section 8.2.1 of the datasheet (24V input, 5V output), output capacitors with a 25V rating were used. Is this just being extremely conservative, or is this strictly necessary? After the inductor, I imagine…
Part Number: TPS56637 Hello team,
Is the power dissipation value calculated from the typical specification of the device and component?
The reason why I'm asking this cuz the customer would like to understand/estimate the worst value of it just in case…
Part Number: TPS56637 Hi team,
I'd like to check how start-up waveform look like when EN=floating.
I know it should behave like EN is always on, so will the start up waveform look like Figure 30 in the datasheet?
Or, can internal pull up circuit cause…
