Part Number: TPS61027 Hi All,
I have a question about TPS61027.
What is the frequency in Power save mode? I think it's frequency changing by conditions, what are you detecting? Is it voltage? Or is it current?
Best Regards, Ishiwata
hello
Do you think TPS61027 is a solution can meet our requirement?
Can I use TPS61020EVM board to test TPS61027 as follow change:
Remove R3 and R4, change R1 value to control IC ON/OFF, EN=VIN, PS=GND.
Could you help check may modification.
Thanks.

Hi,
I would like to know if pin 3 (FB) is connected to the internal resistor divider in the 5V fixed version TPS61027. The functional block diagram in page 9 of datasheet only shows the adjustable…
Hi Mike, I realized that I used a wrong boost converter to power the charging circuit. the TPS61027 can only max at 200 mA or so, I think it is the main reason for my slow charging rate. I have redesigned the circuit now and hopefully it will resolve…

We use the TPS61027 to boost our battery voltage of 3V to 5V for USB. We also use LBO pin to detect low battery at 2.5V.
But when the voltage decreases we see a high ripple of about 100mV on VBAT. At the same time the LBO pin starts…

Dear TI Community,
I have a charging circuit that I am trying to identify as to why there is no voltage output. The attached schematic is as follow:
What is strange is that the…
Hi TI Supports,
I have a related question about the schematics of the combined TPS61027 and the BQ25616 for charging, I appreciate if you could help me take a look for obvious errors in a few short day. It's almost put together.
Thank you very much…
Part Number: TPS61027TPS61027 has been used for a hand-held device to boost 3V battery to 5V for MPU and other circuit.
The EN of TPS61027 should be high normally. To save energy the EN should be set to low. I plan to do so by using the MPU to control…
Part Number: TPS61027 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61230 Hi,
I am creating an attached circuit and checking the operation. The output capacitor C459(2.2uF) is a ceramic capacitor and C460(47uF) is a tantalum capacitor. The operation is good, but since…
Part Number: TPS61027 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61020 Hi,
I was taught about ceramic capacitors with the following thread. Based on that advice I am considering using the following parts for the output capacitor now. Is resistance and capacitor…
