Part Number: TPS63000-Q1 Hi Support Team.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet". However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me ESD data (HBM data , CDM data)…
Part Number: TPS63000-Q1 Hi Team,
Is the ESD HBM and CDM for this automotive part is equal to the non-automotive part? (as seen here on this thread)
Thank you for the confirmation

Hi Mark,
i think your topic is TPS63000.
yeah that is right, for TPS63020, the resister is internal and the value is around 200. i am not pretty sure.
if you have a multimeter on hand, you can measure it youself.

Hi Team,
1) Are TPS63000 and TPS63000-Q1 same chip? 2) Is it OK to refer to TPS63000 data sheet for information not listed in the TPS63000-Q1 data sheet? For example, "Maximum Output Current…
Part Number: TPS63000 Hello Sir:
We want to use TPS63000 for first source and TPS63000Q1 for secondary source.
Can you let us know what's difference between TPS63000 and TPS63000Q1?
Please provide your recommendations for us.
Thanks a lot.

Part Number: TPS63000 Hi,
We are using TPS63000IDRCRQ1 in one of our design.
we are supplying power to this part via a 3V battery and it is taking 4 mA at no Load.
This Part is taking 160uA current when no load is applied and En pin pull to low.
according…
Part Number: TPS63000 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63030 We are switching from a TPS63030 to TPS63000 due to part availability. The TPS63000 part seems to work for a while but it gets
very hot and will eventually fail. When it fails there is a low…
