Part Number: TPS63020 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63027 Dear Sir
I would like to do Vin=4.75V~5.25V to 5Vout/3A
May I know TPS63027 could support this spec ?
due to Webench can't simulation this spec ,could you kindly help to provide the excel…
Part Number: TPS63027 Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools My customer is looking for the Back-oost DCDC .
Their requirement is below
Input : 3.0 to 5.5V from Li-ion battery or USB V-bus
Output : 4V 2.5A
I think that the TPS63027 can use for it, but…
Part Number: TPS63027EVM-870 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63027 , From TPS63027 datasheet results a maximum Vout = 5V, without a clear specification about current. So we bought TPS63027EVM-870 EV board, changing feedback resistors (R1 and R2 in datasheet…
Hi Arati,
The TPS63027 looks like it may meet your requirements. However, I only support battery chargers, so please create a new thread for the TPS63027 so someone from the appropriate team within TI can confirm this or give other suggestions.
Best…
The 3A output current requirement is too high for this device. TPS63027 would be capable to handle slightly higher output current but still less than 3A.
Thanks for the reply Jeff,
Bq25601 is perfect for our requirement. Just a few things.
How can the sys voltage be set to 4.6V while in default mode.
In host mode when the system reboots VSYS will be 3.5V always
Instead of TPS63027 can you suggest any…
Hi Zeev, In my opinion it is possible to use the feature selection feature, and use the PG signal to monitor when to switch.
As a side note TPS63027 and TPS63020 could eventually suit this spec
We recently released the TPS63027, which can handle slightly more current than the TPS63020. It offers a smaller solution size, and has better efficiency.
Is it a DC current requirement in both the cases? Is it worst case or nominal load value?
What is…
