Part Number: TPS65320D-Q1 With regards to the following information from the datasheet:
With the buck disabled or the buck output voltage out of regulation (VFB1 less than 91% of Vref), the buck regulator switches the LDO input automatically to the input…
Part Number: TPS65320D-Q1 By examining the block diagram and the description in the datasheet, it is not clear the exact path in which the current circulates to recharge the bootstrap capacitor. The DS mentions the low side diode, but I am not sure if…
Part Number: TPS65320D-Q1 Team,
Do you have an excel calculator or something to estimate junction temperature for the TPS65320D-Q1? I am trying to see if i can run the DC/DC at 7.2V/650mA and the LDO at 5V/100mA.

Part Number: TPS65320-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65320D-Q1 , Hi team,
Could you please help to check if it is OK to use 680K and 133K for FB2 resistor divider? Since customer wants to lower the Iq.
Hello Nishizawa-san,
first I want to recommend that you move to the TPS65320D-Q1. The TPS65320C-Q1 is NRND. They are the same part but the TPS65320D-Q1 has had a bug or two fixed and will be a stable part for production.
The TSD of 175C is correct.…
