Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF370317 Hello,
My customer has a question about TRF370317.
[Q]
Please tell me the absolute maximum ratings for BB inputs (BBIP/N, BBQP/N).

Part Number: TRF372017 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF370317 Hi Team,
TRF372017 datasheet doesn't describe base-band input voltage range(VBB). I checked following e2e and it said VBB range is 1Vpeak-to-peak. https://e2e.ti.com/support/rf-microwave…
Dear RJH:
Thank you for your answer. Would you have a simple quadrature down-converter/demodulator, purely analog, converting my RF signal (200-1250MHz) to IF/BB (hundreds of kHz to MHz) with a LO covering 200-1250MHz instead? Something like TRF370317…
The nominal input swing to the I/Q ports is differential 1V peak-to-peak. You can check out Figure 1 in the TRF370317 datasheet which depicts the power output with respect to input swing (SE in the graph). The modulator portion of the TRF3702017 shares…
Yes, it looks like the OIP3 vs Frequency and LO power is "missing". You can check out that plot in the TRF370317 in figure 10. The performance will be similar and it shows that there is minimal difference to the OIP3 performance with respect to LO.

Thanks for alerting us. I confirmed that the TRF370417 .bxl file is incorrect. I will inform our web team to get the database updated. In the meantime you can access the .bxl file for the TRF370317. This is the same pin-out and footprint to…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF370317 , TRF370417 Currently using the TRF370317 as a quadrature modulator with an advertised operating RF output from 400 to 4000 MHz . A customer requested RF output at 200 MHz. The TRF370417 has an advertised RF…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF370317 Hai,
Can somebody help us how to improve the carrier and sideband suppression in TRF37017 Modulator. Few days back we have posted for this issue and got no good response. Kindly help us.

What is the carrier and sideband suppression for the TRF3703? If it is calibrated, how well does the calibration hold?
Sideband and LO Suppression are pretty interesting topics of discussion. For a signal much less than the…
