Part Number: TPS2640 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS2701 Hi team,
1)
can you tell what is the purpose and how to select schottky diode on output, page 38 figure 11-1 in Datasheet?
2) In what scenario can we use bidirectional TVS2701 instead…
Hi Pierpaolo,
Since your input voltage is 24VDC and -5VDC, then I would actually recommend one of our bidirectional versions of the flat clamp devices. So I would say TVS2701 , which is +/-27V working voltage.
Please let me know if you have any questions…
Part Number: ESDS302 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS2701 Hi Team,
There is a good new that Customer is searching TI solution
Do we have a product that can compete with "ESDS302" ? THX

Part Number: TVS3301 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS2700 , TVS2701 , TVS3300 , Hi there, we have two protection applications:
Application 1: DC Input
Working voltage: 28V
AMR of device we are protecting = 40V - clamping voltage should be…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS2700 , TVS2701 Hi team,
I was having hard time understanding the definitions of DC current rating of TVS datasheet. Could you please help me understand the concept?
For the uni-directional TVS it is stated like…
Thank you for your answers!
Ok, that confirms what i suspected. There is a TVS2701 in front of the 6.8k resistor so this limits max current into MUX to approx 4mA. Is this to much for internal diodes? If so I was planning to split the 6.8k into two resistors…
Hi Jared,
The PGB1010603NR is an ESD device with a working voltage of up to 24V. At that high voltage the only devices we have is our TVS family of devices. For bidirectional protection at a 24V range I would suggest the TVS2701 . However, this device…

We are looking to create a new design to interface industry standard IEPE sensor. We have taken reference from…
Part Number: TVS2700 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVS2701 , TVS2201 Hello,
I would like to use the flat clamp devices with a +48VDC supply. Can I stack two of the TVS2701 (Vrwm would then be 54V) in series as with stand TVS devices? I realize the…
