Part Number: UCC28180 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27511 , UCC27517 Hello TI,
I would like to use the UCC28180 as a PFC for 1.5 kW or even 2kW (after modifying the model).
I wanted to see with you if it is necessary to use a driver for this…
Part Number: UCC27517A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27511 , LMG1020 , UCC27614 Team,
My customer needs max/typ/min source/sink current at VDD=5V, since datasheet describes +/- 4A as typical at VDD=12V. Could you please clarify?
Best regards…

Part Number: PMP9126 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2373 , UCC27511 , UCC2897A Hello,
Comparing PMP9126 to the TPS2373-4EVM, I see that the former uses a gate drive IC (UCC27511), and the latter drives directly from the TPS2373. Is the gate drive…
Thank you very much for your response Bernd.
Apart from the question about this first part of the circuit, i would like to know how to calculate the resistor R9, placed at the input of the UCC27511.
Part Number: LM2904 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28180 , UCC27511 Dear Ti Team,
De are working on 750W charger for 2-wheeler application and we are using few Texas instruments active parts i.e. UCC27714DR, UCC27511, UCC28180, ISO7220ADRG4, INA180A4IDBVT…
I would like to reconfirm gate driver proposal. Since I did not find out UCC25717A, I supposed that UCC27511 will be an appropriate gate driver as far as reviewing your suggestion.
Best regards,
hello,
from the waveform, VGS has very strong oscillation at milerplaform, it may cause a very high switching loss at mmosfet, and also may cause negative votlage on UCC28180 drv pin.
I would suggest you can add a driver between controller and mosfet…
