The part number looks to be a switch and not a FEM? https://www.skyworksinc.com/-/media/SkyWorks/Documents/Products/101-200/SKY13290_313LF_200488G.pdf
This reference design: https://www.ti.com/tool/CC112XSKY65313EM-RD? shows how you can connect CC1125…
Thanks for the reply.
Regarding differential input, I was trying to employ separate RX and TX links for CC1120 as in this example www.ti.com/.../cc112xsky65313em-rd and wanted to know if I can reduce some circuit components by giving differential input…
The EM should be fairly optimal but in theory you can get the spurs slightly down by changing the decoupling, typically on the AVDD_XOSC pin.
We have a couple of ref designs with 30 dBm out:

You can use one LNA and one PA path for CC1120. You can find an example of this here: www.ti.com/.../cc112xsky65313em-rd
Referring to the ref design component numbering:
LNA path: The node where L201 and C191 is connected is a 50 ohm point and can be…
Hello all,
I'm looking at using the SKY65364 in the CC112XSKY65313EM-RD reference design. I noticed that the design uses a single supply for the SKY65313. The schematic says that the SKY65364-11 can be used without any modifications, but the SKY65364…
Hi All,
By TI support, we succeed to make a radio system (0.5W) with CC1125 & CC1190. Now we are designing 1W radio system with CC1125 & SKY65313-21.
By using this link http://www.ti.com/tool/CC112XSKY65313EM-RD a new board designed. But, we are…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC1120 Hello,
I'm using a CC1120 with SKY65313 and only get 400 meters link.
The pcb copy the reference design:
www.ti.com/.../cc112xsky65313em-rd ;tisearch=Search-EN-Everything
The power is about +29dbm. The sensitivity…
The following reference design ( ) how the design could be splitted in a TX and a RX part.
With reference to :
If spliting RX and TX, pin 1 on C181 should be connected to ground. Pin 1 on L193 could be connected directly to the RX port. The TRX pin should…
