Hi guys,
I'm looking for a solution of Automotive cold crank power management.
For LM5150RUMEVM www.ti.com/tool/LM5150RUMEVM , which the input voltage range is from 2.5V to…
Part Number: LM5150RUMEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5155 Dear team,
Customer need boost solution for 2~3Vin to 6Vout/2A output current.
We test this spec with LM5150RUMEVM, but cannot get expect output voltage.
Looks like AVCC is in UVLO status…
Part Number: LM5150RUMEVM Dear Support team
I need to PCB layout data to evaluate EVM(LM5150RUMEVM).
TI' EVM board is very well built and I'm sure it shows good performance. However, we expect many variables to occur in actual products
I want…
Part Number: LM5150RUMEVM Hello, I want to know, if the Board can provide a peak current of 4 amp only for 10 ms, then a 2.5 ampere working current.
The datasheet of the LM5150RUM Evaluation Board shows the maximum current 2.95 ampere. If not do you have any…
Part Number: LM5141QRGEVM Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5150RUMEVM , Dear Support team
I need to PCB layout data to evaluate EVM(LM5141QRGEVM and LM5150RUMEVM).
I Know your pcb is designed by altium cad tool, but I don't have that s/w.
So, Could you…
Hi Garrett,
Yes, it is PFET. We use two "LM5150RUMEVM" for this experiment.
Please refer to EVM guide page 9.
The gate voltage of Q1 is 3.6V as channel 2.
The source voltage of Q1 is 6.8V as channel 4.
Since this is PFET, the VSG > Vth…
Hi Joey,
Thank you for considering the Lm5150 in your project. I think you also asked our FAE to contact us for the same question, and the answer was provided. Let me copy the answer:
Can you check the EVM schematic and its PMOS bypass switch circuit…
