Part Number: UCC27200A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27210 Hello everyone,
UCC27210D is EOL and we want to replace it with UCC27200ADR but in UCC27200ADR there is no information about the internal resistance in order to calculate the expected losses…
Part Number: UCC27200A Hi,
We are just trying to design a very high current and very efficient BLDC Controller, to that end as the current rating will be around 300A continuously, we will need to use many parallel MOSFET, we do have designed many drives…
Part Number: UCC27201 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27200 , UCC27200A , Hi experts,
I'm a little confused about CMOS input and TTL thresholds. Can they be connected directly from C2000?
By the table, the input rising threshold is 5.8V, does it…

Hi,
my customer is using UCC27200A in their DC/DC push pull circuit. The DC BUS is 48V from battery. There are several times that they find the device HB and VDD shorted, which means that the diode is broken. The break happens during…
Part Number: UCC27200A Dear Team,
our customer would like to use the UCC2720xA with a large bootstrap cap because their schematics foresees MOSFETs being driven in parallel with large Qgate.
What is the average and peak current rating of the bootstrap…
Part Number: UCC27200A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27210 Hi, team.
Please tell me the way of calculation of the most suitable capacitance value of a boot strap capacitor when using UCC27200A the 80ms cycle and 50% duty.
Best Regards,
TI has many drivers that could be used. The EVM uses LM5110-1M on secondary side. One reference design uses the UCC27200A gate driver on the primary side. The possibilities are numerous and depend on their application.
