Other Parts Discussed in Thread: THS4551
From an array of 100 of THS4521IDGKT I am mesuring a seemingly random resistance of 100kΩ to 250kΩ between pin 1 & 4 - any idea as to this inconsistency?

Hi Anatoli,
I guess with the THS4521 unpowered?
Why would you want to carry out such a measurement?
Resistance measurements at unpowered OPAmps make no sense, because the current flow merely depends on unpredictable leakage currents and floating potentials.

Well Anatoli,
You need to be more specific on what you are doing, If I assume the 8pin package, you are measuring from one output to the feedback input - normally, that is a feedback resistor you should have there -

Also, you should be using the much improved THS4551 that was done to fix some issues in the THS4521
We are seeing the amps that dont work read a resistance while the ones that do read infinate between pin 1-4
Hi Anatoli,
what do you mean by "don't work"? Please elaborate.
Can you post a schematic?
Kai
