TLV9061: TLV906x vs TLV906x-Q1

Part Number: TLV9061
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV906X

Hi Team,

My customer is considering the TLV906x vs TLV906x-Q1

On their comparison they've noticed that :

TLV906x-Q1 : CMRR 57-75 ; Input bias current +/- 5pA

TLV906x : CMRR 57-85  ; Input bias current +/- 0.5pA

As the input bias current and offset graphs on the two datasheets are exactly the same we were wondering if this might be a typo ?

How come the automotive version has lower CMRR performance and higher bias current ?

If these numbers are indeed correct, how would this affect the drift ?

Regards,

Nir.

  • Hi Nir,

The performance between commercial and automotive is typically the same. Its possible that the differences between the two datasheets are due to the commercial version being updated more recently. In addition, the Ib spec is a typical number, meaning that it is not guaranteed (not a min/max). The min/max specs of the CMRR specification is the same between the two devices.

The drift will not be affected.

    Thank you,

    Tim Claycomb
