Hi experts,
These were from Arrow.
During our inspection, we decapped a piece of OPA2314AIDGKR with DC:1915. The die did not show any markings that relates to a OPA2314 series.
Please check if this is a valid die.
Thank you.
Hi Shawn,
Arrow is an authorized distributor for TI. If the units came from Arrow then I would not expect them to be a counterfeit device. You can view our authorized distributors here.
I am unable to view your images but if they came directly from Arrow then there should not be issues.
Thank you,
Tim Claycomb
Hi Tim,
Yes. I understood. However, we need an objective statement.
Would appreciate your assistance to affirm that this is a valid die for OPA2314AIDGKR.
Please see picture attached.
Thank you.
Hi Shawn,
I cannot comment if the die is counterfeit. If you suspect you received a counterfeit device, please take a look at our Anti-counterfeit webpage.
Thank you,
Tim Claycomb

There is nothing suspicious about number on the die that seems unrelated to OPA2314. That in itself is not reason to suspect a non-TI product.
