OPA227UA ESD CDM test data

Customer has asked us to submit reliability data, and I searched for reliability data from the following site. ,
However, ESD CDM (Charged-device model) test data is not posted on this site or in the data sheet.
Please provide the reliability data of the CDM of the ESD test.

    Hi Koichi-san, 

    According to QRE, we do not have CDM ESD data.

    The part is released in 1998, and the ESD test requirements are in compliances with the period. TI has not had any customer returns or complaints concerning CDM performance.
