I am a student getting into the ultrasonic world; I am trying to drive a piezoelectric device (patch) that normally runs in frequencies from 60kHz to 500kHz, but I need to run it from a battery source, the voltage that has to be applied directly to the piezo is about 100 V to 150 V, so I was looking for a booster. I tested the DRV8662RGP embedded into the DRV8662 Piezo Haptics Driver Evaluation Module, and it works like a charm for very little, tiny frequencies, so I was wondering if do you have a similar product that works at higher frequencies, with similar dimensions of the DRV8662 Driver Module.
