Part Number: TLV172
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BUF634A, UCC27517
Hi team,
Do we have high output current Comparator (>=120mA), I see most devices have max ~70mA, like TLV172.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards,
Yang

Hi Yang,
The TLV172 is an op amp. This device, due to the back to back diodes, is not recommended to be used as a comparator. I recommend posting a question to the comparator forum.
Thank you,

I am not aware of any such comparator.
It is possible to add a buffer behind any suitable comparator. Devices like the BUF634A are intended for analog signals; for the digital output of a comparator, something like the UCC27517 would be simpler and more robust. What voltages do you need?
Hello Yang,
Does the output need to sink high current source high current or both?
What is the output voltage range?
